history and architecture walking tours of Dublin
By far the best way to hear about Dublin Decoded events is through our free, monthly Newsletter. We can not sign people up – you must sign yourself up. It takes less than a minute. There are three fields: first name, surname, email address – that’s it! Then don’t forget to acknowledge the confirmation email which the system will immediately send you.
Don’t forget to acknowledge the confirmation email which the system will immediately send you. This confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as you sign up. If you don’t see it in your normal inbox folder please look for it in your “junk” “updates or “promos” folders. You will not be subscribed to our newsletter until you acknowledge the confirmation email.
Welcome to the gang. Now you’re in the know, hopefully see you soon on tour!
Here is the Subscribe Link again.

Other points and FAQs about the newsletter.
Why sign up? People are always telling us that they’d love to know when the next Dublin Decoded public walking tour or art tour is taking place because they missed out on tickets or a date last time and they don’t want to miss it again next time!
It’s not realistic for us to keep a record of who wants which tour, of course. So please subscribe to the newsletter for the most up to date information on upcoming tours.
How often does the newsletter go out ? We say monthly, because it goes out once a month on average. However if we aren’t running any tours and/or don’t have any news, then we don’t send anything out. (We don’t believe in wasting your time with empty filler). Conversely, about once or twice a year, if we have really exciting news that we’re pretty sure you’ll want to hear about sooner rather than later, then we don’t always wait a full month between newsletters. But on average it goes about once every 4 weeks, assuming we have tours or talks to tell you about.
How long does it take to subscribe? Once you press this link it takes around 30 seconds to fill out the 3 mandatory fields and hit subscribe.
Anything else? Please note also that, in line with best international practice, once you fill out your details, Mail Chimp will send you a confirmation email, which you must confirm to activate your subscription. Please keep an eye out for that email and bear in mind: it may not automatically go to the main folder in your email. It may possibly land in your Social, Promotions, or Updates email folder instead, or potentially even into Junk or Spam. When you do find the confirmation email, hit confirm and you’re good to go.
Can I trust it all? In a word, Yes. To handle our list of subscribers, we use the ultra-reputable firm Mail Chimp, so your data should be be 100% safe. It is also very easy to unsubscribe from the newsletter any time you change your mind. (There is an unsubscribe link at the foot of every single newsletter.)
Will I receive the last/ previous/ most recent newsletter when I subscribe? Unfortunately not, sorry. But remember, the next/ upcoming tours will be on our website. And you will receive the next newsletter, whenever that’s sent out. You’ll then have joined a sort of club, of people who hear about Dublin Decoded tours, talks, site visits and other events before others do.
See you on tour!
